Today Mark Fletcher, MP for Bolsover, met with CEO of Freedom Community Project, Mark North, to discuss the extensive work this charity does for our constituency and their aspiration for improving our area.
Thank you to all of you, the people of Bolsover for putting your trust in me and electing me as your new Member of Parliament. I’m really honoured and humbled by it, and look forward to working hard to ensure that you feel heard and represented.
Yesterday I wrote to Dennis Skinner asking him whether he agrees with Jeremy Corbyn's decision to remain neutral on Brexit, and to answer three key questions about his position for the people of Bolsover:
Mark Fletcher has welcomed the Conservative Government’s decision to immediately halt all hydraulic fracturing, known as fracking, activity across England, in light of the latest scientific evidence released today (Saturday 2 November).
Today Mark Fletcher met with Matt Hancock, the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care. During their meeting they discussed the increased funding available for frontline NHS services, including the £33.9 billion increase in the NHS budget that the government has already committed to.
Today Dennis Skinner voted against Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s new Brexit deal. This is the latest in a string of votes in which he has supported his friend Jeremy Corbyn to delay Brexit and frustrate the will of the people of Bolsover.
