Funding to help Women escape their Abusers announced

Hundreds of domestic abuse victims will receive lifeline payments to help them escape tormenting and often life-threatening abuse, and to help rebuild their lives thanks to an additional £2 million investment, the Home Office has announced today.

It is currently not legal to use e-scooters outside of licenced local authority trials.

As of 2nd January eligible parents of two-year-olds can now apply for 15 hours childcare per week starting from April 2024.
