The headquarters being based in Derby will bring a number of skilled jobs to the area and support levelling-up across the East Midlands. For young people it will promote the diverse range of skills and disciplines that makes today’s railway an exciting place to work, inspiring young people towards rail careers and anchoring talent in our region.
