I know that a number of local residents are concerned for the impact of the new housing estate near the school, especially the entrance of the site leading onto Queens Road.
The Labour-run District Council, which is responsible for housing and planning, have included Clowne Garden Village - a new 1,800 housing development in the north of Clowne along the A616 & A619 - within the Local Plan.
