Mark Fletcher MP Talks Parking on Hawthorne Close

Mark Fletcher met and spoke with residents of Hawthorne Close in Woolley Moor to talk to them about parking concerns on their road.

A number of constituents have got in touch with Mark complaining about parking on Hawthorne Close. Following meetings with the residents, Mark has taken their issues to North East Derbyshire District Council to see if improvements can be made to resolve the situation. Now, following months of discussions, North East Derbyshire District Council has have acknowledged the existing problem and agreed to look at a number of solutions to resolve this issue.

Mark said

“This has been a problem for constituents living on Hawthorne Close for a while now, and I look forward to working with NEDDC and residents in the New Year to get on top of the problem.”
