Alongside my campaign to secure post-16 education provision for Bolsover, I am also working to provide alternative pathways such as apprenticeships. I visited the Learning and Development Centre at Rolls Royce in Derby who currently have over 1000 apprentices, from school leavers to mature students,  across all areas of the business - engineering, nuclear, electronics, business management, manafacturing and marketing ....
